In the event of printing errors or card defects, customers may claim a 100% refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment source within 1-3 business days. Please contact our customer support team via phone or email to initiate a refund request.
Order Fulfillment:
We aim to design, dispatch, and deliver your orders promptly. For metropolitan areas, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, while for the rest of India, it may take 7-10 business days.
Intellectual Property:
All content on our website, including design templates, is the intellectual property of Superfly Cards. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
Product Descriptions

In order to keep tabs on your order details and make subsequent orders with pre-saved data on our page, you must activate your account by completing the registration process on the website. However, it is your responsibility to keep your password and account secure and confidential, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Termination
Please be aware that we maintain the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Should we cancel an order, it will be done without charge to you.

UNAUTHORISED CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD
If you notice any unauthorised or unrecognisable charges on your credit/debit card from our website, please report them within 60 days of the transaction to initiate an investigation.
CANCELLATION OF FRAUDULENT ORDERS
We take fraud prevention seriously and monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. In the event that we detect any such activity, we reserve the right to cancel any and all past, pending, or future orders without any liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the case of product pricing inaccuracies or stock unavailability. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order, in which case we will contact you. If we cancel any portion of your order or require additional information to accept it, we will let you know. If we cancel your order after your card has been charged, we will refund the charged amount to your card account. Please note that any promotional vouchers used for cancelled orders may not be refunded in this scenario.
